KEPEMIMPINAN AMBIDEXTROUS DI ORGANISASI GEREJA: INTEGRASI EKSPLORASI DAN EKSPLOITASI UNTUK PERTUMBUHAN YANG BERKELANJUTAN

Kepemimpinan ambidextrous dalam konteks gereja menghadirkan paradigma baru yang menuntut pemimpin mampu menyeimbangkan eksplorasi inovasi dengan eksploitasi sumber daya demi pertumbuhan organisasi yang berkelanjutan. Artikel ini bertujuan menganalisis peran kepemimpinan ambidextrous dalam organisasi gereja, dengan menelaah dinamika antara pengembangan pelayanan baru dan pelestarian nilai-nilai inti gereja. Melalui telaah literatur dan observasi pada beberapa gereja, ditemukan bahwa pemimpin yang mampu mengintegrasikan eksplorasi dan eksploitasi akan mampu meningkatkan partisipasi jemaat, memperluas jangkauan pelayanan, serta memperkuat daya saing gereja di tengah perubahan sosial dan teknologi. Hasil penelitian menegaskan pentingnya kapasitas adaptif terhadap perubahan, inovasi serta dukungan sumber daya dalam mewujudkan kepemimpinan ambidextrous yang efektif. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi strategis bagi pemimpin gereja untuk mengintegrasikan inovasi dan tradisi, dalam rangka memastikan pertumbuhan gereja yang relevan dan berkelanjutan di era kontemporer.
